2007年10月8日-12日，国家遥感中心（NRSCC）和欧洲伽利略监管机构（GSA）在北京共同举办了中欧伽利略计划合作项目协调会。
    伽利略监管机构（GSA）项目协调员Daniel Ludwig先生带领的欧洲代表团，科技部合作司尹军处长、高新司郑方能处长，以及来自国家遥感中心，中国伽利略卫星导航有限公司（CGI）、国内各主要项目承担单位的专家和管理人员共150余人参加了本次会议。
    自伽利略联合执行体（GJU）于2006年12月底解散后，所有中欧伽利略计划合作项目的管理都已移交给伽利略监管机构（GSA）继续执行。本次会议上，中欧双方共同对目前已签署的伽利略计划合作项目的进展和执行情况进行了检查和评估，明确了项目执行状态和管理流程，确定了项目联系人和管理计划。
    此次会议加强了伽利略监管机构与国家遥感中心对中欧伽利略计划合作项目的管理以及中欧之间的交流。双方对本次协调会的成果都给予了充分的肯定和赞扬，并初步计划在2008年初举行第二轮协调会。
    (The China-Europe Projects Meeting was jointly held by National Remote Sensing Center of China (NRSCC) and GNSS Supervisory Agency (GSA) in Beijing from Oct 8th to 12th, 2007.
    More than 150 persons including European Delegation leaded by Mr. Daniel Ludwig, Division-director Yin Jun from Department of International Cooperation of MOST, Division-director Zheng Fangneng from Department of High-New Technology of MOST, experts and managers from NRSCC, CGI and domestic enterprises assuming the main task of the program attended the meeting.
    After the disorganization of GJU in the end of the year 2006, the management of all the China-Europe Galileo projects has been transferred to GSA. On the meeting, the two sides reviewed the whole progress and implementation of the signed projects, made clear the performing state of the projects and management procedure as well as contact person and management scheme.
    This reinforced the management of all the projects in China-Europe Galileo Program, and activities and communications between the two sides have been strengthened during the meeting. Overall, GSA and NRSCC expressed their appreciations for the outcomes of the meeting and have planned to hold a second event at the beginning of 2008.)
